Twoje obowiązki
- Drive the start-up and ramp-up of a new greenfield wire manufacturing plant in Starachowice.
- Lead plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, engineering.
- Build and develop a high-performing local organization.
- Oversee greenfield project execution.
- Ensure execution of production plans and delivery performance in line with customer requirements.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local functions and customers to meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance, safe, efficient, and high-quality operations aligned with Motherson standards.

Twój profil
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a comparable field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial role in automotive, preferable wire/cable plant.
- Strong background in cable manufacturing.
- Experience in greenfield/start-up projects is a plus.
- Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and plant authorizations.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Leadership style: results-driven, hands-on, data-driven, execution-focused and capable of operating in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
