A feladata
- Be part of the supplier's development strategy to ensure that the supplier meets expectations for quality, delivery and service.
- Conduct on-site supplier visits if necessary for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
- Ensure compliance and assistance in the follow-up of the Quality Management System and our quality manual for suppliers.
- Promote the use of techniques for continuous improvement, such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (error testing), measurement system analysis, and FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis).
- Responsible for providing support to the team of Supplier Quality Engineers in the Plants and creating a SQA network to increase the flexibility required in our organization. Understands and implements the Quality Policy and promotes the correct application of the Quality System

A profilja
- Industrial, Electronic or Electrical Engineering Degree
- ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Leadership, 8Ds
- Experience with ISO and IATF core tools.
- 3-4 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.
- English/Spanish language
- Traveling
