  6. Injection molding process Knowledge
  7. Trouble shooting for Injection molding process
  8. AM Step 0 - 7
  9. Procedure awareness about  IATF 16949 , ISO 14000, Emergency preparednes
  10. Statistical Process Control

A profilja

  1. Deploy basic shop floor rules and discipline and audit the area regularly.
  2. Shift planning as per PPC in terms of Man, Machine to achieve daily deliverables
  3. Execute the action plan decided to achieve the Operation objective paeameters for the department.
  4. Identifying the area for improvement in terms of cycle time, analyzing data and making action plan (Long Term & Short Term)for the same & execution of action.
  5. Work with the HOD to Identify training needs for team leaders & development of team.
  6. Conduct shift start meeting with Team leader, mould changer, material handler and operator as per Meeting Agenda.
  7. Drive the set up time reduction program.
  8. Ensure the implementation of the andon escalation procedure to identtify the rejection on time and drive the problem solving.
  9. Daily OEE Monitoring and action plan to improve the same.
  10. Ontime Declearation Of finished Parts In ERP  and Anlysis in Inventory 
  11. Lead the project coming from E Matrix and Devlope the Team 
  12. Ensure the changeovers are done on time
  13. Working towards process standardization and stabilization to achieve consistent results in the internal rejection.
