Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should be capable of working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform configuration, data migration, and integration of Salesforce with external systems (using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce orgs with best practices in mind.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance.
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, LWC.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware like Mulesoft preferred).
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform security.
Experience with version control tools like Git, and CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder are a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.Education:
BE, BTech, MCA, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
