A feladata
- Coordinate and supervise the inspection of prototype, service, and PPAP parts.
- Ensure that the inspectors in the prototype and PPAP area have the necessary resources to perform their work.
- Gather all the necessary documentation accompanying the inspected parts for PPAP submission.
- Define rework inspections when defects are found in prototype, PPAP, and service parts.
- Verify that the necessary conditions are met for PPAP development: trained and certified personnel, and adherence to prototype area methods.
- Maintain control and work plan to define priorities and status of part numbers being inspected in the prototype area.
- Participate in meetings with the New Product Introduction (Program Management) department and engineering changes.
- Coordinate, document, and follow up on actions derived from quality problems in products during Prototype, PPAP, and Service stages.
