A feladata

  • Manage and support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Advise and support employees and managers on employment-related matters and HR policies
  • Collaborate with payroll and internal stakeholders in compensation and benefits related matters
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in cooperation with managers
  • Maintain HR data, support reporting activities, and contribute to HR systems development
  • Collaborate with occupational healthcare, safety, and other key stakeholders to support employee well-being
  • Support internal communications

A profilja

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR roles
  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle and knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements in general
  • Experience working with HR systems 
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Finnish and English
