- Lead international, multi-site ERP/Automation solutions implementation projects
- Actively seeking for ways to utilise automation and AI enabled solutions
- Define and manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, and resources
- Oversee testing, milestones, go-live, and stabilisation (hypercare)
- Establish and run project governance and steering forums
- Drive implementation across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Manage implementation partners and vendors
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption

A profilja
- Proven experience in leading international ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment process
- Experience with ERP-driven processes, such planning, production, supply chain, quality, and finance
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-site, multicultural environments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to occasionally travel globally
