Su tarea
Your tasks.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring deadlines are met even under tight schedules.
- Perform financial analysis and variance analysis to support management reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data reported by various business units.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial information.
- Implement and maintain financial reporting systems.
- Prepare and review reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests, often with short turnaround times.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues related to financial reporting and consolidation.

Perfil deseado
Your profile.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or equivalent GAAP.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Hyperion, FCCS).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and the ability to maintain high performance under stress.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take ownership of projects.
