Su tarea
- Follows the Group's global purchasing strategy and policy for the region
- Management of a group of suppliers of certain goods
- Negotiate with the supplier regarding cost, quality, payment terms, packaging, transportation and lead time on site and ensure company objectives are met
- Selection of high-quality suppliers during the tender
- Initiating and monitoring supplier development measures
- Support and participation in project reviews for the region
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities related to the advance procurement function with the aim of optimizing the total purchase costs, while at the same time selecting the optimal solution
- Contacts and works closely with suppliers to acquire and develop desired products
- Analyze and monitor sales records, trends and economic conditions to predict consumer buying patterns and determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed
- Uses a total cost approach to optimize individual prices for commodity allocation, tactics including but not limited to bundling, global sourcing, multi-sourcing / competition, specification changes, process optimization, value analysis / value engineering, logistics and payment term improvement
- Evaluating the suppliers with paying attention of EHS requirements within the supply chain.

Su perfil
- Education: preferred university education, Bachelor's degree in production engineering, business or related disciplines
- A minimum of five years of experience in purchasing in the auto industry, working with plastic parts for vehicles
- Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO14001 procedures and systems
- Able to generate creative ideas for solving problems and improving work methods
- rethink situations to create new opportunities or overcome obstacles.
- Able to deal positively with changes affecting job requirements; adapt to realignment of priorities in response to the needs of internal and external customers
- Demonstrate good technical knowledge/functional skills necessary to perform tasks; monitoring of technical achievements with commodities,
- Desired additional knowledge in plastic resin and paint.
