Su tarea

Supporting new and ongoing project launches (both on-site and remotely), swiftly addressing assembly line issues at customer facilities, and proactively driving continuous improvement initiatives

Acting as the primary point of contact for customer engineering queries, translating requirements to PKC manufacturing plants, and managing daily communication regarding quality and delivery performance

Addressing minor technical issues promptly to resolve them on the spot and prevent escalation into formal customer complaints

Organising and supervising sorting, containment, and rework processes in collaboration with third-party quality service providers in the event of critical quality or logistics non-conformances

Monitoring customer assembly line changes, issuing internal Quality Alerts to PKC plants, and agreeing on appropriate corrective action plans

Participating in quality meetings, creating root-cause analyses and action plans, keeping the customer fully informed of resolution steps, and conducting relevant training sessions

Representing PKC’s interests at the customer site, building strong professional relationships, and fostering seamless collaboration throughout all stages of new project rollouts and serial production

Perfil deseado

University degree in Engineering or Technical field (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or similar)

3-5 years of experience in wiring harness manufacturing or 1-2 years as a Resident Quality Engineer in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of wiring harness design, ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics, proficiency in Problem Solving tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa), and solid understanding of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)

Professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level), with knowledge of the customer's local language considered a strong advantage

High degree of autonomy, resilience under pressure, and a strong customer-oriented mindset

Willingness to relocate close to the customer site and flexibility for business travel

Adaptability and readiness to provide immediate on-site support at the customer’s production line upon issue notification
