Su tarea
- Manage and support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Advise and support employees and managers on employment-related matters and HR policies
- Collaborate with payroll and internal stakeholders in compensation and benefits related matters
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in cooperation with managers
- Maintain HR data, support reporting activities, and contribute to HR systems development
- Collaborate with occupational healthcare, safety, and other key stakeholders to support employee well-being
- Support internal communications

Perfil deseado
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR roles
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Hands-on experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle and knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements in general
- Experience working with HR systems
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Finnish and English
