What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Perform worst-case analysis and related engineering calculations
- Create and maintain components/parts as per MPP design rules in Altium
- Ensure complete project documentation in line with ASPICE standards
- Develop and manage databases for connectors and LEDs
- Evaluate and manage requirements using Polarion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and compliance
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics (preferably with Automotive specialization)
- 7+ years of experience in automotive hardware design
- Strong expertise in schematic and PCB layout design using Altium Designer
- In-depth knowledge of:
- LED systems and LED drivers
- Power supply design
- Automotive communication protocols (LIN, CAN, 10Base-T1S)
- Familiarity with ASPICE processes and documentation standards
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leading hardware design projects (for Lead role)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
