We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in costing, variance analysis, customer requirement analysis, the Financial Evaluation Process (FEP), margin improvements, and claims management. This role is critical for driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives. Strong expertise in leveraging SAP for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Excellent analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Costing Analysis:
- Develop and maintain detailed costing models to assess product/service profitability.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Variance Analysis:
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budgeted figures and forecasts.
- Generate reports detailing variances and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Customer Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze customer contracts and pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.
- Financial Evaluation Process (FEP):
- Conduct thorough financial evaluations of projects and business initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding project viability and financial impact.
- Margin Improvements:
- Analyze profit margins and develop strategies to enhance profitability across product lines.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
- Claim Management:
- Oversee and manage financial claims processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work cross-functionally to gather financial data and provide support for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.

What we are looking for
- 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- CMA/ICWA/ MBA (Finance).
- Experience with Manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong expertise in variance analysis and cost management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
