What you'll do
- Quality Management: Implement and maintain quality control processes and systems in alignment with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- SAP Quality Module Handling: Utilize SAP QM (Quality Management) module for inspection planning, quality notifications, audit management, and quality reporting.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met, including supplier audits and corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Inspection and Testing: Plan, conduct, and document product inspections and tests at various production stages.
- Documentation: Maintain and update quality documentation, including work instructions, quality plans, and audit reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Training: Conduct quality training sessions for production and quality teams as needed.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP QM module or other relevant SAP modules.
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
- Proficient in using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
