The position focuses on planning production schedules, monitoring material availability, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and controlling workflow to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
What you'll do
Production Planning:
Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
Align production capacity with demand and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Material Planning & Control:
Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Coordination with Departments:
Liaise with design, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate production plans and resolve bottlenecks.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track daily/weekly production progress against schedules.
Prepare MIS reports for management on production efficiency, delays, and corrective actions.
Process Optimization:
Identify areas for reducing lead time and improving productivity.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Customer Focus:
Ensure timely delivery of products as per customer requirements.
Support order fulfillment and maintain high service levels.

What we are looking for
B.com, M.com, PGDBM, Diploma or B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical
Min.3 to 5 yrs of relevant experience
Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and scheduling.
Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and reporting tools.
