What you'll do

Responsibilities 

  • Manage, update and oversee sales related process in the Europe and South America region
  • Develop, implement and maintain sales tools, reporting structures and processes
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, provide training to ensure compliance
  • Participate in sales audits
  • Organise onboarding for new team members
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales data
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance eiciency, data accuracy and customer experience

What we are looking for

Candidate profile 

  • University degree
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Strong command of English for daily business communication
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/16949 standards would be an asset
  • Ability to train, onboard and coach sales teams
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
