What you'll do
- Support RFQ’s from the industrial engineering perspective with regards to feasibility, labor, tools & equipment investment
- Elaborate process & assembly process documentation based on customer info. (BOM; PDM; CAD data; assembly flow)
- Apply industrial engineering methods to determine labor requirements using MTM-UAS based on customer information.
- Layout planning in 2D (autocad) and 3D (Inventor).
- Issue industrial concept and present it internally and to customers.
- Provide data to perform cost analysis (investments and assembly time) and process alternatives.
- Build list of equipment required for the industrialization of new programs.
- Create tool and equipment specifications; request quotes to suppliers and assess offers received
- Interface for technical departments internal and with the customer

What we are looking for
- Engineering degree (preferable mechanical or industrial)
- OEM Tier 1 or equipment supplier (3 to 5 years of exp.)
- Layout design experience in Autocad and Inventor
- MTM-UAS experience (certification would be appreciated)
- Simulation tools (Flexim experience is appreciated)
- Tightening processes and plastics process assembly experience would be appreciated
- Experienced in project work, analytical and hands-on approach
- Fluent in english, other language is a plus
- Open for business travelling
