What you'll do
- Conducting visual inspections of parts, components, and finished products to identify any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications.
- Performing functional tests, durability tests, and other specialized tests to evaluate product performance and reliability.
- Documenting inspection results, test data, and findings in written reports, inspection logs, or electronic databases.
- Communicating quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders, including production personnel, supervisors, and quality engineers.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
- Providing training and guidance to production operators and other personnel on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.

What we are looking for
- Post-Secondary education preferred ; High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly facility.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with statistical process control techniques.
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficient in English.
- Shift schedules (subject to change): 1st Shift - 6:00am-2:30pm, 2nd Shift - 3:30pm-12:30am.
