What you'll do

  • Liaise with the production team on all quality related issues
  • Monitor day to day issues with regards health, safety & environment
  • Ensure compliance with national legislation
  • Perform Process Audit within the related area (Supplier Process, SAS Process)
  • Development of risk management
  • Report quality issues (Claims coming from Customer, SAS Line, Supplier) & identify root cause
  • Deliver training sessions on all relevant aspects of Quality
  • Establish & maintain safe systems of work within his area of responsibility
  • Lead and able to substitute the related Quality Technicians
  • Define & Manage Quality Planning & Documentation
  • Create the JIS facility internal audit schedule
  • Support Continuous Improvement Process
  • Planning, Realization & Management of related equipment
  • Accomplishment and Coordination of Initial Sampling (Components and Module)
  • Authorization to block & release production

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience with FMEA, SPC, ISO 14001, ISO TS and IATF 16949 and VDA 6.1
  • Experience leading work- teams nice to have, potentially 1st time experience
  • Problem-solving experience and methodologies
  • Product & Process knowledge
  • Fluent English
