The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe with corporate functions and services. Your task
- Ensuring the assigned projects in compliance with the internal processes, cost management, schedule and quality specifications (APQP/PPAP).
- Coordination, moderation and follow-up of regular internal project meetings.
- Maintaining the project status, continuous progress monitoring.
- Monitoring and controlling the overall project budget.
- Preparing and conducting gate and management reviews.
- Ensuring / maintaining project documentation
- Coordination and responsibility for change management

Your profile
- Completed university degree in engineering or business administration.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.
- Process knowledge of Plastic/rubber moulding.
- Very good communication and conflict resolution skills.
- High customer orientation
- Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Project
- Business fluent knowledge of English
- Ambitious with a “can do” attitude
- Willingness and ability to high travel needs
