What you'll do
Ensure adherence to assembly processes; coach GAP Leaders & operators to prevent stoppages & ensure customer satisfaction
Lead audits of standardized work; enforce compliance & adjust for process stability
Manage quality control in assembly; catch defects early & resolve KPI deviations
Drive lean initiatives, continuous improvement & team engagement
Oversee shift planning & scheduling in JIT/JIS to prevent delays & meet targets
Conduct HSE audits; ensure safety compliance & coach teams on best practices
Manage risk mitigation; complete safety assessments & corrective actions
Lead problem-solving on assembly line; resolve issues & prevent recurrence
Ensure GAP Leaders follow OK First Part & Check-Do-Check processes
Oversee preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns & maintain smooth operations
Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations

What we are looking for
2-3 years of Leadership Experience
Must be able to speak English
