Your task
Manufacture and assembly of a high quality part at a pre-determined rate of assembly and manufacture. Must have the ability to interpret, communicate and adhere to verbal and written or visual instructions and communications; including but not limited to manufacturing process communications, assembly and work instructions, quality alerts, change control notices (CCN), production board, p-chart, rate changes in production, safety notices or alarms, etc. Adhere to machine safety standards and follow safety policies and procedures Understand and use "one piece flow" process and common manufacturing competencies Keep housekeeping standards, promote and follow 5-S principles. Be able to identify quality parts versus defective parts Know, adhere to and communicate the defective part processes when discovering a defective part Understand and adhere to the company's Quality policy Follow policies and procedures per Employee handbook Must have ability to work mandatory overtime when required.
