What you'll do
- Organise and coordinate daily shift activities to achieve production targets.
- Allocate tasks and supervise Operators and Team Leaders.
- Provide technical support and resolve production, quality, and maintenance issues, escalating when required.
- Monitor quality, safety, and production performance, including stopping production when necessary.
- Coordinate material flow to ensure efficient line operation.
- Lead the shift emergency response team.
- Support the training and development of Operators and Team Leaders.
- Complete shift reports and health & safety incident documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company production, quality, safety, and 5S standards.

What we are looking for
- 3–5 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production, quality, and JIS processes.
- Basic maintenance and internal logistics knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others.
