What you'll do
- Act as technical expert for wiring harness projects from RFQ to serial production.
- Define product concepts and specifications per customer and internal standards.
- Support prototype and pre-series builds: component selection, testing, validation.
- Prepare and maintain documentation (2D/3D drawings, BOMs, reports, analyses).
- Coordinate engineering changes with customers (PCRs) and internally (ECOs).
- Conduct root cause analyses, drive improvements and support cost optimisation (VAVE).
- Ensure compliance with PKC procedures, customer standards and IATF.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer engineering and supplier quality.
- Provide engineering support during development and production phases.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing)
- Min. 2 years’ automotive experience (wiring harness/process engineering)
- Knowledge of components, manufacturing & validation
- Proficient in CAD (2D/3D), documentation, BOM, ERP, MS Office
- English B2+
- Strong analytical, organisational & communication skills
- Independent, team-oriented, results-driven
