Tasks
Plan, implement, promote, and optimize continuous improvement in production processes and assembly lines through the use of project management tools, line balancing, time and motion analysis, layout changes, and lean tools that contribute to increasing productivity and efficiency in related processes.

What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA), Lean Manufacturing, MTM-UAS, ergonomics (REBA/RULA/OWAS), process simulation (Delmia), and 8D methodology. Experience with line balancing, continuous improvement, and automotive manufacturing processes is preferred.
