What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for smooth operation of all plant IT systems (software & hardware)
- 24/7 support of JIS production and safety-relevant tracking/tightening systems
- Support of EDI, Warehouse Management, demand planning, purchasing, invoicing and MES (Linux-based)
- Management of Windows and Unix/Linux networks, PC applications (MS Office, tools), time management and access control systems
- Participation in IT projects in line with the Motherson IT roadmap
Process & System Development
- Continuous improvement and optimization of IT-supported processes across departments
Planning & Global Cooperation
- IT demand and budget planning in alignment with plant, regional management and Corporate IT
- Implementation and alignment with global IT standards and organization
Compliance & Security
Responsibility for information security at the plant in line with SAS IS Policy

What we are looking for
What We Expect
- Strong IT background with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge of industry technologies and cross-functional IT systems
- Up-to-date technical expertise, especially in Linux environments
- Experience with cross-cutting technologies and system integration
- Project experience and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- International or cross-cultural experience in an IT environment is an advantage
