Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented colleague to strengthen our finance team and contribute to key processes in financial and asset accounting.
What you'll do
- Responsibility for the performance of financial and asset accounting
- Support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- Booking and control of accounts
- Management of outstanding balances and open items
- Issuing invoices and checking unpaid bills
- Reviewing, controlling, and handling customer requests
- Responsible for internal clearance within the group
- Processing payments and dunning notices
- Support during the annual audit
- Support for controlling activities
- Assisting with analysis and report preparation
- Preparing VAT documentation and statistical reports
- Preparing tax returns

What we are looking for
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in accounting and finance
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- English language skills at least at B1 level (advantageous)
