What you'll do
- Develop and design cost-effective packaging solutions for projects across Europe.
- Define and standardize packaging concepts in line with corporate guidelines.
- Prepare technical specifications for packaging procurement.
- Manage ordering of packaging with approved suppliers.
- Support RFQ phase with packaging concepts and cost estimations.
- Lead packaging development during project execution in different locations.
- Validate packaging (fit, protection, handling, transport).
- Coordinate implementation into serial production across plants.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, purchasing, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive packaging cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or similar
- Experience in packaging engineering (automotive preferred)
- Experience in multi-site or international project environment
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Good knowledge of logistics and cost structures
- Ability to read technical drawings (2D/3D)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Czech and English language (German is a plus)
- Willing to travel
