We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Engineering and Technical Manager to join our team in Morocco and take a leading role in the setup and development of a brand-new greenfield manufacturing facility for rolling stock production. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a high-tech production site from the ground up, with strong support from an international engineering and industrial organization.
What you'll do
- Lead the industrialization and technical setup of the new rolling stock manufacturing facility in Morocco.
- Define and implement manufacturing strategies, layout, processes, and technical infrastructure aligned with best practices and international standards.
- Coordinate with global and local stakeholders during all phases of the plant launch
- Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing local engineering and technical team.
- Ensure smooth ramp-up of production lines and progressive transfer of industrial know-how.
- Oversee equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and validation.
- Define and document industrial processes, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement culture.
- Act as the technical authority on site, ensuring compliance with railway safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing leadership, preferably in the railway, automotive
- Proven experience in setting up or scaling new production lines or greenfield facilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of production engineering, process planning, lean manufacturing, and industrial project management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French/Arabic is a strong advantage.
