What you'll do
- Focus efforts on compliance with VDA, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, and Compliance requirements.
- Maintain production equipment, tools, utilities, and services in proper condition.
- Manage spare parts within budget; monitor inventory and request materials.
- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
- Implement continuous improvement in maintenance activities.
- Ensure workstations meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage waste and materials from maintenance tasks responsibly.
- Comply with HSEQ standards.
- Execute maintenance instructions and plans effectively.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to resolve failures.
- Support maintenance program development and execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
- Perform equipment upkeep, painting, and improvements.
- Promote compliance, efficiency, safety, and IT issue reporting.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent technical education
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics
- PLC and HMI programming, troubleshooting analysis, and maintenance of collaborative robots and AGVs.
- Experience with JIS (Just In Sequence) production systems.
- Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 requirements
- Proficient English required
