Junior Project/ Construction Site Manager - in Frankfurt / Main area or Barcelona

Your task
- Assist and supervise designated construction projects from start to finish within Europe & North Africa ensuring they are fulfilling the Motherson Group standards and are done in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up on construction projects for new and existing facilities of the Group in Europe and North Africa
- Ensure completion of projects within budget, on schedule and meeting all program objecitves and appropriate governmental regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Enigneers, Architects, and all other counterparts to determine sepcifiactions of the project
- Review and analyze requests for proposals from consultants/ suppliers
- Perform construction supervision on-site for quality controlling and project management
- Be responsible for the implementation of the Motherson Group requirements
- Revision of tenders, calculations, and contract documents
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and deadlines)
- Prepare progress reports, monthly reports and presentations on the status and updates of projects
- Provide regular updates to management on project status
- Prepare and update team templates (presentations, manuals, policies, technical specifications, etc.)
- Perform Vaastu Shastra assessment for projects

Your profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional working experience
- Bachelor´s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Leadership skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Willingness and ability to travel in average 45-50% of the working time
- Speak fluent English
- Effective communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Construction Management expertise, strong experience in planning and project management, and the ability to manage correctly different objectives and projects with mutliple deadlines
- Preferably driving license valid in Europe
