IT Security, IT Audit and IT Quality Coordinator

Your task

  • Plan and align the IT Audit & IT Quality strategy with the CIO
  • Develop and implement, together with the responsible at Motherson Group level, IT security and quality policies, standards and procedures
  • Identify and assess IT security and quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
  • Plan, coordinate and execute IT security and quality audits, tests and reviews
  • Monitor and report on IT security and quality performance and compliance
  • Manage and resolve IT security and quality incidents and issues
  • Provide IT security and quality training and guidance to staff and stakeholders
  • Coordinate external Audit partners for certifications (TISAX) based on measurable KPI and SLA
  • IT spokesmen within his area for external audits (IATF and others)

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree, IT education or equivalent qualification
  • Deep understanding of IT security principles and frameworks
  • Familiarity with IT audit methodologies and frameworks
  • Working knowledge of IT quality management principles and practices and project management skills
  • Understanding of relevant IT infrastructure and technologies
  • Strong leadership skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of current security technologies
  • Very good English knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
