Your task
- Plan and align the IT Audit & IT Quality strategy with the CIO
- Develop and implement, together with the responsible at Motherson Group level, IT security and quality policies, standards and procedures
- Identify and assess IT security and quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Plan, coordinate and execute IT security and quality audits, tests and reviews
- Monitor and report on IT security and quality performance and compliance
- Manage and resolve IT security and quality incidents and issues
- Provide IT security and quality training and guidance to staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate external Audit partners for certifications (TISAX) based on measurable KPI and SLA
- IT spokesmen within his area for external audits (IATF and others)

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree, IT education or equivalent qualification
- Deep understanding of IT security principles and frameworks
- Familiarity with IT audit methodologies and frameworks
- Working knowledge of IT quality management principles and practices and project management skills
- Understanding of relevant IT infrastructure and technologies
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of current security technologies
- Very good English knowledge, both written and spoken
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
