What you'll do
- Shaping our data strategy, ensuring compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Overseeing regional data strategy, infrastructure, and development, ensuring data reliability and scalability
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, establishing data governance policies, and monitoring data security
- Integrating data across systems and regions, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making
- Leading the regional data team, provides support on data-related issues, and drives innovation by implementing efficient data solutions
- Optimizing processes, managing data risks, and ensuring business continuity

- Depending on your location, you will be employed directly by PKC Wiring Systems Oy (Finland) or PKC Eesti AS (Estonia).
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in IT, Engineering, or related commercial studies
- Strong expertise in Oracle DB, SQL, and local databases
- Relevant experience of working in Azure or equivalent cloud environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
