What you'll do

  • Shaping our data strategy, ensuring compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Overseeing regional data strategy, infrastructure, and development, ensuring data reliability and scalability
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, establishing data governance policies, and monitoring data security
  • Integrating data across systems and regions, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making
  • Leading the regional data team, provides support on data-related issues, and drives innovation by implementing efficient data solutions
  • Optimizing processes, managing data risks, and ensuring business continuity

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in IT, Engineering, or related commercial studies
  • Strong expertise in Oracle DB, SQL, and local databases
  • Relevant experience of working in Azure or equivalent cloud environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
