What you'll do
Global Automation and Innovation Manager Logistics is a key driver of transformation by shaping the future of logistics through automation and innovation across our global operations. Lead impactful initiatives that enhance efficiency, introduce cutting-edge technologies, and create smarter, more sustainable supply chain solutions.
- Lead global logistics automation strategy and roadmap across all plants
- Identify opportunities and deliver innovative automation solutions
- Track performance, report to senior management, and drive improvements
- Manage projects, budgets, and external partners during implementation
- Support and develop team capabilities and ensure knowledge sharing across regions
- Drive automation, digitalization, and new technologies in logistics globally with core focus on AGVs, automated warehouses, robotic handling, etc. (Industry 4.0)

What we are looking for
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong operations and project experience
- Proven leadership skillsExperience in multicultural environments
- Advanced English (German is a plus)
- Analytical mindset and strong data skills
- Customer-oriented and team player
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel
