What you'll do
- Ensure accurate accounting, tax, payroll, and financial reporting in line with Mexican regulations, corporate policies, and Group requirements
- Manage SAP accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and correct classification
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including statements, schedules, adjustments, and analyses
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany balances
- Prepare reports, account analyses, and presentations for Finance leadership and Group Finance
- Support federal and local tax compliance, including CFDIs, electronic accounting, withholdings, filings, and documentation
- Coordinate with external advisors and service providers
- Support cash flow, payment controls, audits, intercompany transactions, documentation, process improvements, and internal controls.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Public Accounting with multiple years of experience in accounting, tax, reporting, or related roles
- Experience with the full accounting cycle of a Mexican legal entity
- Knowledge of Mexican accounting/tax rules; IFRS desirable
- Skilled in financial statements, reconciliations, closings, CFDI, filings, SAP, and advanced Excel
- Automotive/manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced English and Spanish; travel up to 10%.
