We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality & Process Engineer to lead and support initiatives in Continuous Improvement (CIP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Documentation, PPAP, and PFMEA. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, ensure product and process compliance, and maintain documentation to meet internal and external standards.
What you'll do
Continuous Improvement (CIP):
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Analyze performance metrics and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Quality Management System (QMS):
Maintain and improve the ISO/IATF-compliant QMS.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and ensure document control.
Quality Control (QC):
Oversee in-process and final inspections using statistical tools.
Coordinate with production for quality checks and defect analysis.
Support calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), CAPAs, and supplier quality issues.
Train staff on QA procedures and quality standards.
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM):
Manage product data and engineering change processes within PLM systems.
Coordinate product updates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Ensure alignment of product documentation from concept to retirement.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records including test reports, change logs, and audit trails.
Control versions and releases of quality and technical documentation.
Support cross-functional teams with timely and accurate document delivery.
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process):
Lead the creation and submission of PPAP packages as per AIAG guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers for approvals.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation (ISIR, control plan, dimensional results, etc.).
PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis):
Develop and maintain PFMEAs in collaboration with process owners.
Identify potential failure modes and implement controls to mitigate risks.
Facilitate regular reviews and updates as processes evolve.

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in a quality or process engineering role.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and APQP.
Hands-on experience with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, SPC, MSA, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM/QMS software (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter, Arena, MasterControl).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical device, or electronics industries.
Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
