Twoje obowiązki
- Support new and current regional automation and control projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain industrial control systems (PLC & MES).
- Provide regional troubleshooting support for automation and control issues.
- Lead commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Standardize control systems, programming practices, and site documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, maintenance, and engineering to boost performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and correct system failures.
- Provide targeted training and technical guidance to plant personnel.
- Evaluate legacy PLC architectures to recommend upgrade or integration strategies.
- Interface with the region to share best practices and align system deployments.
- Lead PLC code harmonization and platform standardization across acquired sites.
- Create digital twin models of manufacturing systems for simulation and optimization.

Twój profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years’ of experience with Automation in Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Design or Robot Programming.
- Program Siemens & AB PLCs, I/O, networks.
- Build modular code (AOIs), VFDs & safety.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & nets.
- Integrate camera systems (Cognex, Keyence).
- Use digital twins for virtual testing.
- Willingness to Travel to new or regional sites as needed to support operations, troubleshoot issues, and support industrialization.
